A: Yes, due to rising fees in credit card processing as of 2004 we now have a $10 minimum order for orders shipped within the USA.
Q: Will any product I purchase be backordered or out of stock?
A: No. We maintain live inventory on our web site. You will not be allowed to purchase any item that is not in stock. We do not accept money for items we do not have available on our shelves. There are instances where the inventory function fails and we are unable to ship an item. We will refund any item purchased that we are unable to ship. Please Note: Our shopping cart does not reserve items until checkout is complete. Simply adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability.
You must complete checkout (including payment) in order to guarantee items will be reserved.

Q: The shopping cart will not allow me to checkout. As soon as I click on the Checkout button, the cart loses all my products and goes to $0. What am I doing wrong?
A: You must have cookies enabled on your computer in order to checkout through our online cart. Here are the instructions for enabling cookies on your computer:

Q: I received my order and dont like one of the items, can I send it back?
A: Absolutely. We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Any unused merchandise is accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Q: Do you have a restocking fee?
A: Yes, we have a 20% restocking fee on return merchandise.
Q: I received my order and something is missing, what should I do?
A: Contact us and we will correct any errors promptly. Any shortage or damaged product must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We strive to package orders accurately, however we have over 250 bins filled with different eyelets, brads and embellishments. We are human so mistakes can occur.
