Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions, just in case its your question too!

Q: I can't log in, help!
A:  If you have forgotten your password and need to reset your password, click here.  If your email is not being recognized and you have ordered with us before, please email us and we will send you a password reset email.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Q: Is your site secure?
A:  Absolutely. When you enter checkout you will see a lock sign appear in your browser which confirms the transaction is being transmitted securely.

Q: I didn’t save my credit card but it is auto-completed when I checkout. Do you store my payment information?
A: Absolutely not - we never store payment information. We use a secure gateway that handles all payments. Often web browsers on your computer save credit card information for you and then automatically fill during checkout.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in beautiful San Diego, California and yes, the sun is likely shining today!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We try our absolute best to process orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. We ship product from California using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within the USA and 14-21 days for delivery outside the USA. During special sales processing time may be extended.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! We use US Postal service to delivery all international packages. All packages will be marked as craft products with the actual value of the order. Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: I received my order but something is missing or damaged?
A: We are sorry! Please contact us immediately and we will get your taken care of!

Q: How do I return something?
A: We want our customers to be happy, so we are happy to accept returns within 30 days purchase.  Please Note: Toppings are non-returnable since we are unable to confirm quantity within each bottle.

Q: I placed an order but never received a confirmation, did you get my order?
A: Every order placed online will be sent a confirmation via email. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven't received your confirmation within a few hours of purchasing. If you still have not received any confirmation - the order may not have been completed.

Q: Do you have a retail store I can come shop in?
A: Unfortunately, no. We operate out of a commercial warehouse and due to safety concerns we are unable accommodate shopping on site. However, we participate in over 25 events throughout the USA each year and we'd love for you to shop the Queen & Co Pop Up Shop at any of these locations!

Q: Do you offer coupon codes?
A: We sure do! The best way to learn about coupon codes, special offers and discounts is to join our newsletter. We also release sneak peeks and new product images on Facebook and Instagram!

A: Yes, we do, please click here.

Q: I would like to request a donation for an upcoming event, who do I contact?
A: We would love to fill every request we receive for donations, but its just not possible. We currently work with charities that we have established relationships with and are unable to add more at this time.
 
Q: I have a You Tube channel and would like to your product, who do I contact?
A: Thanks for thinking of us! We currently employ designers and advertising companies to work with our products on You Tube. However, we do offer an Affiliate Program that you might be interested in!

Q: I have a blog and would like you to advertise on it, who do I contact?
A: We are flattered you would like to include us but we have finalized advertising for this year. However, we do offer an Affiliate Program that you might be interested in!

 Q: I have a great product idea, who can I contact?
A: Thanks for thinking of us, but we prefer customer do not email or contact us with product ideas. We often ask our customer's advice on their favorite colors or themes on Facebook, we'd love for you to join the discussion there!
